Some friendships transcend all boundaries, even those of time and space.   That's how I feel about my beautiful friend, Unny.  We immediately connected, even though we were miles and worlds apart.  I love this handmade necklace, a true, treasure, that she sent me, all the way from Thailand.  She inspires me in so many ways.  You can take a look at her amazing creations here.

I can't get enough of California and the soul nourishment I feel when I'm near the ocean.  I love being in nature, in a place where so many elements connect and merge . . . earth and water, water and air, the setting sun and rising moon.  I can hear the call of birds and the sound waves meeting the shore.  I love knowing that dolphins exist, and that they swim in these very waters.  

It was bit cooler than usual this trip, so I  was happy that I choose to wear my new, favorite, leather DOMA jacket.    Leather always feels luxurious and adds a bit of sophisticated cool, to any outfit.  It was the perfect thing to wear with these hip, Kivari Leopard Leggings.  I love the unexpected green color, and loved them even more when I realized they were a perfect match with the mossy grass that clung to black rocks along the shore.  

And here is the secret . . . (whispering) . . . Life is a trip.  Life is magical.  Every moment is a miracle.  There is no mundane.  Close your eyes and place your hands on your heart in gratitude.
