Feeling such gratitude today, for the gift of yoga in my life, and for the numerous yogis and teachers who have passed on these precious teachings.  I’ve witnessed, in myself, a complete transformation, healing, and spiritual blossoming since I began practicing yoga almost four years ago.  My day feels incomplete if I neglect to include, at least some bit of yoga into my schedule.
